Returns & exchanges
If a piece isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.
How to return
Email returns@nazareth.co.za with your order number.
We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label (South Africa only).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
For a different size or style, place a new order and return the original, this is the fastest way to get what you want.
